This encompasses preliminary hearing stages through to Final Hearings, including any urgent applications, case management hearings and finding of fact hearings. She has successfully represented Local Authorities where findings have been sought in respect of non-accidental injuries to children.

Abigail is described by clients as having outstanding 'people' skills. She is friendly and sympathetic to clients whilst being tenacious in court.

Abigail has considerable experience of Landlord and Tenant and Employment Law matters also.

Outside of work, Abigail holds women's meditation and empowerment circles to encourage others to find their voice and feel confident. She also partakes in weightlifting, strength training and yoga.
