Daniel has undertaken housing law for in excess of 20 years encompassing all aspects  of Landlord and Tenant  work:

Significant experience of dealing with possession proceedings on behalf of both social landlords and tenants, in particular in relation to anti social behaviour and Equality Act defences

 

Mr Wood has a special interest in possession proceedings involving issues of mental health and the Equality Act 2010.

 

Extensive experience in relation to matters of housing disrepair (and personal injury arising from disrepair). 

All aspects of Contested Probate.

Mr Wood advises and acts for large corporate private landlords and property management companies.
