Rebecca undertakes Civil and Commercial hearings and paperwork dealing with all aspects of housing law including:

Possessions (including those which raise more complex legal issues involving the Equality Act and Article 8 Defences);

Disrepair;

Unlawful eviction;

Antisocial behaviour injunctions;

Trespassers;

Mortgage repossessions;

Applications for Transfer of Tenancy;

TOLATA.

Boundary Disputes.

Prior to joining Charterhouse Rebecca worked as a county court advocate undertaking housing law.

Rebecca has a First-Class Masters in Law and outside work enjoys socialising and charity work.
