Victoria is a sole Family Law practitioner and specialises in Family Law.
Victoria accepts in instructions in all areas of family law proceedings including children law (Public and Private), divorce, financial remedy, domestic abuse, Court of Protection and Trusts of Land.
Victoria also accepts instructions on a public access basis.
In public law proceedings Victoria has acted for Local Authorities, parents and Children’s Guardian’s at all states of the proceedings and her caseload covers

About Victoria
Called to the Bar in 2019.
After completing her BPTC and Masters in research (MRes), Victoria was the lead lecturer at Bangor University in the Tort Law module and she assisted with the Contract Law module seminars. Victoria has also worked as a county court advocate during her time before coming to the Bar.
Victoria has three children and can often be found walking her dogs on the beach close to where she lives.
