Sarah Noble

Sarah is currently undertaking the practising period of her pupillage with Charterhouse Chambers.

In addition to property work Sarah has undertaken family, civil and criminal work in her time in Chambers including:

• An application to dispute jurisdiction for the defendant in a flight delay claim;

 

• Applications for non-molestation orders under the Family Law Act 1996;

 

• An application for an occupation order under the Family Law Act 1996;

 

• A trial for the defendant in a claim for discrimination and/or breach of GDPR;

 

• A hearing under the Children Act 1989 for a child arrangements order;

 

• An urgent application under the Children Act 1989 for a prohibited steps order and a specific issue order.
