The idea for a new business-like barristers chambers was borne in 2016.
From start-up through pandemic to current time Charterhouse has grown to in excess of 24 barrister members providing exemplary legal and customer service resulting in its core practice areas.
Management decisions are based on empathy, creating the right culture and building meaningful relationships. We are proud of our progress, we have changed the legal landscape in the north-west and will continue to remain at the vanguard of legal service providers in the country.
Charterhouse has been recognised for its work winning international and national awards.
Our barristers assist Advocate, the pro-bono charity of the Bar, and The Legal Advice Centre of Liverpool John Moores University to provide cost-effective legal representation for those who need it.
A programme of education provides insightful help to local sixth-form students considering a career as a barrister.
