Victoria accepts instructions in all areas of Family Law proceedings including
Children Law (Public and Private), Divorce, Financial Remedy, Domestic Abuse
including Non Molestation Orders, Court of Protection and also Trusts of Land.



FAMILY
In Public Law proceedings Victoria has acted for Local Authorities, Parents and Children’s Guardian’s at all stages of the proceedings and her caseload covers the following;
- All areas of Public Law proceedings including Care Orders, Placement Orders (adoption) and Supervision Orders
- Non accidental injury and finding of fact hearings
- Discharge of Care Orders
- Family drug and alcohol court (FDAC)
- Depravation of Liberty (DOLs) and Secure accommodation
- Designation
- Special Guardianship Orders
In Private Children Law and Domestic Abuse, Non- Molestation Order applications Victoria has acted for both Applicants, Respondents and Grandparents at all stages of proceedings, her caseload in this area covers:
- Non- Molestation orders and Occupation Orders
- Child Arrangements Orders acting for both Parents and Grandparents
- Finding of Fact hearings
- Prohibited Steps and Specific Issues Orders
- Relocation cases, internal and international
In Financial Remedy cases Victoria has acted for both Applicants, Respondents and Intervenors at all stages of the proceedings, including first hearings, interim hearings, Financial Dispute Resolution hearings (FDR) and final hearings.
After completing her BPTC and Research Masters (MRes), Victoria was the lead lecturer at Bangor University in the Tort Law module and she assisted with the Contract Law module seminars. Victoria has also worked as a County Court advocate during her time before coming to the Bar.
Victoria has three children and can often be found walking her dogs on the beach close to where she lives.
